Naiomi Badri, Founder
Naiomi has a Bachelor’s in Political Science from McGill University and has worked in non-profit fundraising for over a decade.
Her work focuses on developing data-informed fundraising strategies and building the tools, recourse and programs that help nonprofit organizations meet their goals.
She was inspired to start CWhen upon hearing countless stories from women online about feeling dismissed, unheard or overlooked in medical settings.
Charlotte Breier, Founding Director
Charlotte has been working in the non profit industry since 2016 - in many different roles. Starting on the ground, fundraising for amazing charities to now running teams that specialize in campaign management.
She’s taken on roles in data analytics, content creation, and fundraising strategies to help non profit organizations raise funds for their initiatives. Charlotte’s specialty is monthly acquisitions and major gift files. She’s inspired every day by people’s generosity and the drive to help others!
Kamilah Mohammad, Founding Director
Kamilah is a policy analyst within the Government of Canada, specializing in intergovernmental relations within the emergency management space. With an MA in Public Policy and Public Administration from Concordia University, her expertise lies in policy research and design, legislative tracking, and project management.
She is committed to the pursuit of actionable governance grounded in evidence-based decision making and inclusivity of all perspectives.
